The Auction Team is so excited to have you join us next Saturday night for our biggest fundraiser of the year; the SHS 2017 One Love, One Heart Auction! It is always a fun night! In the hopes of getting you just as excited/prepared we wanted to send some important information listed below:
Today, February 3rd is the last day to REGISTER for the 2017 Sacred Heart School “One Love, One Heart” Auction. If you haven’t already done so, we would be most appreciative if we could have the list of attendees before we sit down tomorrow morning to hammer out the seating arrangements.
Your Auction Catalog will be sent home next week! Please be sure to take a look at it before coming to the Hyatt on February 11th. The Catalog has a wealth of information in it and may help answer some of your Auction Night questions! The week of the auction is a great time to chat with your friends about the items and perhaps decide which of those items you may want to go in on with others. We have also created this Auction FAQ page for a more extensive list of what will be available that night
The auction is a great excuse to dress up! While there isn’t a dress theme, we would suggest wearing what you would to a cocktail party.
Raffle ticket sales are underway and we have had a great first week! Don’t miss out on the fun, we have some awesome items again this year! Raffle tickets are $20 each or 6 for $100. Winning tickets will be drawn at the end of the auction at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue on February 11th. Need not be present to win. Ticket Sales will take place after school in the parking lot on the following dates: 2/3, 2/ 7, 2/ 9, 2/10
INSTANT WINE CELLAR
We are asking all auction guests to bring a bottle of wine for the Instant Wine Cellar the night of auction. Volunteers will greet you at the entrance and ask you to write a personalized message on a tag. The idea is that the lucky winner will not only get a chance to stock their cellar with a tasty collection of wine, but that with each hand-picked favorite will include a written message from its donor, so you can toast your fellow Spartan families throughout the year when you uncork their selection. Wine will be available for pick-up at Sacred Heart School on Tuesday following the auction (unless you wish to bring it home that night!).
POT O’ GOLD
Thanks to Pot O’Gold Coffee this pot starts with $500 cash and will get even sweeter after making its way around the ballroom during the live auction. Do you have tickets to a sporting event you know you’re unable to use? How about a vacation home; are you’re willing to give a night or two up to some lucky SHS family? What about a gift card you’ll never use? Cold hard cash is always fun! One lucky bidder will walk away with all cash, gift cards, tickets and prizes thrown in that night. Will it be you?! Restrictions: Redemption of gift cards, tickets and other time-sensitive items is the responsibility of the buyer.
The Mystery Wine is a blind draw in which every raffle ticket buyer wins a bottle of wine. The bottles of wine are wrapped so labels cannot be seen. The cost of the raffle ticket is $30, each ticket guaranteed

When is the party over?
The auction is always so much fun that no one wants it to end! This year we have a reserved a spot at Suite Lounge after the auction is over. It is located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency. Hope to see you all there!
We have wonderful raffle items this year including:
