After School Hours Survey
Over the next two weeks we are asking our parents to collect information about your children’s after school activities: homework, tutoring, extra-curricular activities, ESS, etc. We are collecting this information to help us in planning our curriculum and instruction, after school programs, etc., and to help us all get a better sense of how our students are spending their non-school hours. spreadsheet. If you have difficulty downloading the file, please email Kerry Wyman in the school office and she can email you the file directly.
- Please enter times as accurately as possible.
- If you have more than one child in the school, please fill out a form for each one.
- At the end of the survey time, please e-mail the spreadsheet(s) to afterschool@sacredheart.org That will allow us to keep this survey information separated for all of the other e-mails that we receive.
